Please Note: Once you have purchased this Tune-up a member of our Service staff will contact you to book an appointment at our 49 Laird Dr. Trail Shop. Let us give your bike the royal spa treatment from head to toe. Our goal is to keep you on the trails longer and avoid unnecessary downtime due to failing equipment. Available at our Trail Shop this Pro Level Tune-up includes an Annual Trail Tune-up and the following; Drop off and pick up consultation Cables and housing replaced with Premium grade option (parts included, internal routing may incur additional cost) Hubs, headset and bottom bracket rebuilt (parts extra) Full wheel truing and tension balancing Ultrasonic drivetrain cleaning Brakes bled Basic oil/seal change of fork and shock (seals extra, complete rebuilds or send-away service is extra) Suspension linkage disassembly, cleaned, bearings rotated, re-assembled and fasteners torqued to spec (bearings and bearings replacement are extra) Tubeless sealant refreshed Labour included for replacement of all basic wear items Record serial number and take photo to keep on file for customer Checking/Updating of Firmware where applicable on E-MTB and Electronic Shifting

Bateman's Best Value - Hard on your bike? So are we, that's why we love the Annual Tune. The annual is a detailed tune-up keeping your bike in top shape and making it trail ready! An Annual Trail Tune includes all the following; Everything in the Trail Shop Tune plus; Full truing of the wheels (wheels removed and placed in truing stand)) An Ultrasonic cleaning of the drive-train. Refreshing of tire sealant as required

The Standard Tune-Up will keep your bike running smoothly, and account for basic wear and tear from recreational riding. $50 is booking fee only. An accurate cost will be determined at the drop-off consultation. Regular maintenance of your suspension will increase the components performance and lifespan. It is recommended that your fork, shock, or seat post receive a Basic Service every 50 hours, or Full Factory Service every 200 hours. Suspension Services include: Thorough cleaning Inspection for damage and/or wear Dust Wiper Seals Foam Rings Applicable Fluids Fork Service: Basic 50hr Service - $125 Full 200hr Service - $220 Shock Service: Basic 50hr Service - $85 Full 200hr - $200 Suspension/Dropper Post Service: $140-200 We highly recommend addressing your suspension in a time that allows you to be without your bike. Suspension Service is performed according to current in-house turnaround times. If you hear, see, or feel something unusual, stop riding immediately and contact us for proper servicing.
