Ontario Wide Delivery
Bateman's is offering $5 Ontario-Wide ground shipping. Bikes are excluded.
By ordering an item via our website (www.batemansbikeco.com) you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
ORDER PROCESSING
When you order an item you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming your submission, this email is not confirmation that the order has been completed. You'll recieve an email when your item is ready for pick-up.
Most orders for items in-stock will be ready for shipping/collection within one business day. Items in our warehouse normally arrive in-store in 3 to 5 business days, however sometimes longer depending on availability.
DELIVERY
Orders for items in-stock are generally shipped the next business day upon receiving the order.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If we discover an error in the price, details, description, or stock quantity, we will advise you of the error as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including out-of-date information regarding pricing, payment terms, or return policies.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges are accepted on items in a saleable condition (e.g. not damaged and in their original packaging) within 30 days with the original receipt (or a copy of same). Qualifying returns without original receipt may apply store credit to purchaser's account.
Helmets and clothing are considered final sale and are not accepted for Return or Exchange.
Items returned without their original packaging may be subject to up to a 40% restocking fee.
BICYCLE PURCHASES
Bateman's Bicycle Company Ltd. does not ship bicycles through the online store. EXCEPTION: TORONTO DELIVERY AVAILABLE - SEE ABOVE. In-stock bicycles will be assembled and tuned-up within 5 business days of the purchase date. In warehouse bicycles will be ordered and built within 3 business days of receiving the bicycle in-store.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are considered to be final sale and can only be returned if damaged or under the manufacturer's warranty
